General

• The rental price list is per table space, per person.

• Workshop opening hours: 10 AM to 6 PM.

• All bookings require a minimum of three (3) business days advance notice, subject to availability.

• All Renters/Users will be required to undergo induction on powered tools and systems handling before starting.

• Regarding the usage of the workshop and supplied equipment, all hand/powered tools will be checked and deemed functional before issuance. Should any of the equipment, tools and furnishings in the workshop be damaged or missing after usage, the Renters/Users is liable for any repairs or replacement (same or equal value).

• All Renters/Users are required to clean up the workshop, tools used and themselves after each work day regardless of the number of days booked.

 

Accidents and Injuries

• Upon using the workshop, all renters/users hereby acknowledge and agree that A TimEd Workshop and 556 INDUSTRIES PTE. LTD. is not responsible or any liability for any loss, injury, death, or damage to persons or property which at any time may be suffered or sustained by Renter/User or by any person who may at any time be using or occupying or visiting the Workshop or be in, on or about the same whether such loss, injury, death or damage shall be caused by or in any way result from or arise out or any act, omission or negligence of Renter/Users or any occupant, visitor, or user of any portion of the Workshop, or shall result from or be caused by any other matter of thing whether of the same kind as or of a different kind than the matters of things above set forth, and Renter/Users shall indemnify A TimEd Workshop and 556 INDUSTRIES PTE. LTD. against all claims, liability, loss or damage whatsoever on account of any such loss, injury, death or damage.

 

Furnishings

• The leased workshop area contains the following property furnishings: refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee maker, hot water kettle, sink, worktables, stools, tool cabinets, cabinets and workshop hand/powered tools.

 

Storage

• Storage space only applies to a minimum rental of two (2) consecutive days per period. Otherwise, users will have to bring back their item(s) and only continue using said storage space with their next confirmed consecutive days rental period.

• Users can also pay an additional $10 per week for storage in conjunction with their next consecutive days’ rental period, subject to space availability.

• Please note that the allocated storage box is of a specific size.

 

Broken or Missing Items

• In the event, should there be any items that are brought by Renters/Users that are misplaced, broken, or missing, A TimEd Workshop and 556 INDUSTRIES PTE. LTD. will not be held responsible or liable for the damage or loss.

 

Payment

• Please note that all rental payments are to be made five (5) business days before the commencement of the booked date/s. For monthly rentals, a security deposit of a month's rental is to be collected with the first month's rental payment. It will be returned at the end of the rental period.

 

Cancellation

We know your time is valuable, and ours is too.

Out of respect for our staff, we ask that you give us at least two (2) days’ notice if you need to cancel the pre-booking.

• Cancellations made two (2) days or more before the pre-booking date will receive a 100% refund.

• Cancellations made within one (1) day in advance of the pre-booking will receive a 50% refund.

• Any cancellations made on the day of the booking will NOT be entertained.
